The Design Department Board convened to plan educational activities for the 2026-2027 academic year, evaluate the activities of the 2025-2026 academic year, and review the work carried out within the framework of the quality assurance system. The meeting was attended by the Head of the Design Department, Lecturer Serdar Dik, the Head of the Graphic Design Program, Lecturer Ertuğrul Erbey, and Design Department faculty member, Lecturer Şakir Çetin.
During the meeting, the educational activities of the past 2025-2026 academic year were evaluated, and planning for the new academic year was discussed based on the experiences and feedback received. The work and plans aimed at ensuring the effective and orderly conduct of the department's educational activities in the 2026-2027 academic year were also evaluated.
The meeting also discussed the work carried out within the scope of the department's quality assurance processes, the monitoring and evaluation of activities, and the work to be carried out in line with the concept of continuous improvement. The meeting concluded with an evaluation of practices that will support students' educational processes in the new academic year and plans for the academic functioning of the department.
