The Department of Design offers students the opportunity to develop their artistic and technical skills with workshops such as Graphic Design, Basic Design, Pattern, Photo Studio and Original Printing. These workshops have a wide range from modern design software to traditional art techniques. Each workshop prepares students for different design processes they will encounter in the professional world, while also allowing them to develop their portfolios with individual creative projects.
1- GRAPHIC DESIGN WORKSHOP
The Graphic Design Workshop is a modern workspace where Computer Aided Design courses are held. With its 21 computers and smart boards, it offers students the opportunity to produce creative projects using the most up-to-date graphic design tools.

2- BASIC DESIGN WORKSHOP
The Basic Design Workshop teaches students the basics of design with Basic Design, Pattern and Perspective courses, while providing them with aesthetic and technical knowledge, as well as the opportunity to develop hand-eye coordination, make detailed drawings and gain basic art skills for design. With a capacity of 25 people, each student is given one-on-one attention and an in-depth education on the basic principles of design is provided. Practical work on perspective, composition, drawing techniques and color knowledge is carried out to develop the creativity process in students.

3- ORIGINAL PRINTING WORKSHOP
The Original Printing Workshop provides an area that allows students to develop their creative expressions, starting from the basics of printing art. This workshop offers students the opportunity to learn different printing techniques in practice and to produce their own original printing projects. By combining traditional and modern printing methods, each student creates their own designs.

4- PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIO
The Photography Studio provides an original production environment for creative projects with preliminary studies for the Basic Photography course and Computer Aided Designs. Along with acquiring basic information about photography, skills are gained regarding the pre-montage processes of original photographs required for computer-aided designs. This workshop, which covers many areas such as photo shooting, composition and product production for digital editing, was created to develop visual expression skills.
